RMA Process Quick Summary
*All RMA credit requests must be submitted within 90days of member return.
*For each product warranty claim a copy of the original member product sales invoice, a screen shot of the Zendesk approval and a certificate of destruction must be submitted.

Once RMA is approved, a replacement Tablet is shipped. Mail Defective Tablet to:

Note: Once you receive your REF-OT-TABLET-01 Replacement Tablet you have 15 business days to return your defective Tablet to the Return Processing Center. If the defective Tablet is not returned within the 15-business day period the studio will be charged $299.00, for each Replacement Tablet your studio received. Please include your RMA document with the defective Tablet. You will find a prepaid shipping label enclosed in the box with the Replacement Tablet.
