Welcome to the Orangetheory Fitness Return Material Authorization (RMA) Portal. Please take a moment to review the return policy prior to submitting your request as some sections may have changed since your last RMA request.

RMA Process Quick Summary

*All RMA credit requests must be submitted within 90days of the member return.

*For each product warranty claim a copy of the original member product sales invoice, and a screen shot of the Zendesk approval must be submitted. For international studios a certificate of destruction is also required.

MEMBER RECEIPT REQUIRED: One-Year Warranty
1. Zendesk Troubleshooting and Approval (http://otf.zendesk.com/hc/).
2. Submit RMA request (https://otf.returnsportal.net) attaching the Zendesk authorization, and the member purchase invoice showing the unit is within the 12-month warranty period.
3.Once the RMA request is approved you are ready to ship the defective unit to the Returns Processing Center.
4. Send the defective unit to (include the RMA approval email with the product and ensure the RMA ID Number is on the outside of the package):

Tablets
MEMBER RECEIPT REQUIRED: One-Year Warranty
1. Zendesk Troubleshooting and Approval (http://otf.zendesk.com/hc/).
2. Submit RMA request (https://otf.returnsportal.net) attaching the Zendesk authorization, and the purchase invoice showing the unit is within the 12-month warranty period.
3.Once the RMA request is approved, a replacement Tablet is shipped.
4. After you receive the replacement tablet, ship the defective tablet to the Returns Processing Center using the replacement tablet's packaging (include the RMA approval email with the product and ensure the RMA ID Number is on the outside of the package):

Note: Once you receive your REF-OT-TABLET-01 Replacement Tablet you have 15 business days to return your defective Tablet to the Return Processing Center. If the defective Tablet is not returned within the 15-business day period the studio will be charged $299.00, for each Replacement Tablet your studio received. Please include your RMA document with the defective Tablet. You will find a prepaid shipping label enclosed in the box with the Replacement Tablet.
